§ 110.48  CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION.

(A) Any information gained by the city tax office, the Director of Finance or any other official or agent or employee of the city as a result of any returns, investigations, hearings or verifications required or authorized by this chapter shall be confidential, except in accordance with proper judicial order, and any person or agent divulging such information shall, upon conviction, be subject to the provisions of § 110.99.

(B) License fee returns and all audits connected therewith are confidential. Any information gained by the Director of Finance and city tax office by their agents or employees, or by any other official or agent of the city as a result of any returns, investigations, hearings, or verifications required or authorized by this chapter, shall be held confidential, except for official purposes and except in accordance with proper judicial order or as otherwise provided by law. Violation of this division constitutes a misdemeanor, punishable by the provisions of § 110.99.
