§ 114.01  PERMIT REQUIRED; TIME LIMITATION.

(A) Each individual resident of the city is limited to four yard sales per year.

(B) No yard sale shall be continued for a period of more than two days, and the Chief of Police shall issue a permit for each yard sale upon application by the individual resident to the Chief of Police.

(C) A permit for a yard sale shall cost $5.
