The grantee may be required to interconnect its system with any other broadband communications facility to the extent such interconnection is commercially practicable, economically viable, and technically feasible. The interconnection shall be accomplished according to generally accepted industry practices. Any interconnection shall be subject to and conditioned upon financial arrangements which are mutually acceptable to grantee and the other broadband communication facility. Grantee shall pursue such negotiations in good faith.
