(A) If a subscriber has failed to pay properly due monthly fees or if a subscriber disconnects for seasonal periods, the grantee may require, in addition to full payment of any delinquent fees, a reasonable fee for reconnection.
(B) No disconnection shall occur for at least 45 days after the due date of the monthly fee or charge. The 45-day period shall include five days written notice to the delinquent subscriber of the intent to disconnect.
(C) After disconnection, upon payment
in full of the delinquent fee or charge and the payment of a reconnection
charge, the grantee shall promptly reinstate the subscriber's cable service
and/or non?cable service.
