The grantee shall not, as to rates, charges, service, services facilities, rules, regulations, or in any other respect, make or grant any undue preference or advantage to any party, nor subject any party to any prejudice or disadvantage. Provided, however, that this section shall not prohibit bona fide promotional activities of the grantee nor the provision of free service to employees of grantee.
