(A) The grantee understands and agrees that the liability and insurance provisions of this franchise define the responsibilities of the grantee to the government.

(B) As used in these liability and insurance provisions, the term GOVERNMENT means the city and its elected and appointed officials, employees, agents, boards, consultants, assigns, volunteers and successors in interest.
