(A) Any person violating any provisions of this chapter for which no other penalty is provided shall be subject to the provisions of § 10.99.

(B) Any parent, guardian, or person having legal custody allowing a minor to violate any provision of § 130.01 shall be subject to a fine of not more than $500 or imprisonment for a period not to exceed six months or both.
