(A) Building permit fees shall be paid at the time of obtaining the permit. The fee shall cover the cost of plan review and inspection and issuance of a certificate of occupancy. The fees and permits will be administered through the Planning and Zoning Commission.
(B) The following fees shall be
charged and collected by the Planning and Zoning Commission when any individual
or entity requests the following, to wit:
| Simple Plat Approval | $30.00 |
| Plat Amendment Approval | $100.00 |
| Preliminary Plat Approval | $150.00 plus $10.00 per lot |
| Final Plat Approval | $200.00 |
| Zone Change Request | $400.00 plus expenses and $200.00 for any special meeting |
| Board of Adjustment Hearing Request | $100.00 plus expenses for filing and notices |
| ARB Hearing Request | $75.00 plus expenses |
| Inspection Permit Requests: | |
| All Dwellings and Accessory | $.10 per sq. ft. all space |
| All Dwellings Renovation | $.05 per sq. ft. |
| All Commercial Buildings new | $.15 per sq. ft. all space |
| Any change in use Permit Request | ½ total sq. ft. fee |
| Minimum Building Permit Request | $25.00 |
| Demolition Permit Request | $25.00 |
| Sign Permit Request | $25.00 |
