(A) Should any sign be or become unsafe
or be in danger of failing, the owner thereof or the person maintaining
the same, shall upon receipt of written notice from the Administrative
Official, proceed at once to put such a sign in a safe and secure condition,
or remove the sign within the time frame specified in the written notice.
(B) In Historic Overlay districts any
existing pole signage or other noncompliant signage damaged or modified
and/or replaced shall comply with Article XI: 1130 item 5 for new monument-type
signage, and other relative requirements of this subchapter. No existing
noncompliant signage may be modified or replaced without compliance with
the appropriate regulations of this article.
