(A) There is hereby created a local Industrial Development Authority for the City of Stanford and Lincoln County, to be known as the County Industrial Development Authority.

(B) The Authority shall be constituted and shall operate in accordance with and shall have all of the powers and functions provided by KRS 152.810 through 152.930, and such other statutes or amendments thereto as may hereafter be enacted by the Legislature of the Commonwealth of Kentucky relating to such a local Development Authority.
