(A) Anyone bringing trash or refuse to the city dump will be charged as follows:

(1) Any small load or amount:  $1.

(2) Pick-up truck or trailer:  $3.

(3) Dual-wheel truck (per load):  $5.

(B) These fees are to be paid to the person so designated by the City Council. Persons using the City Dump and failing to pay the above fees shall be subject to a fine up to $300.
