All significant industrial users must notify the Superintendent within 24 hours of first becoming aware of a permit violation. This notification shall include the date of the violation, the parameter violated and the amount in exceedance. Within 30 days of first becoming aware of a permit violation, the significant industrial user must resample for the parameters) violated and submit this sample analysis to the Superintendent, unless the Superintendent, on behalf of the city, conducts monitoring of this parameter within that 30-day period.
