(A) For a single-family dwelling or duplex, a 4-inch sewer tap is required at a cost of $500 per tap plus any additional costs for unexpected material, excavation, labor, or easement procurement. Only one tap is required for a duplex. If a street crossing is required, an additional $300 will be charged.

(B) For quad to eight units, a single 6-inch sewer tap is required at a cost of $500 plus additional costs as set forth in division (A) of this section. Street crossings shall cost an additional $350.

(C) For any tap larger than a 6-inch sewer tap, the fee and size of tap will be considered by the Water and Sewer Commission on an individual basis, with provision for additional charge if additional materials, excavation, labor or easement procurement is required.
