CHAPTER 53: WATER AND SEWER RATES
§53.31  SEWER RATES

Sewer rates shall be as follows.

(A) Monthly sewer rates (in city).

First 2,000 gallons of water usage      $7.49 (debt $4.13; O&M $3.36)
Each 1,000 gallons thereafter              $2.82 per thousand (debt $1.55; O&M $1.27)
(B) Monthly sewer rate (outside city).
First 2,000 gallons of water usage      $8.61 (debt $4.48 O&M $4.13)
Each 1,000 gallons thereafter              $3.26 per thousand (debt $1.79; O&M $1.47)
