(A) Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which another penalty is not already otherwise provided shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $500 for each offense.  Each day the violation exists shall constitute a separate offense.

(B) Any person who violates any provision of § 90.02(C) is guilty of a violation and shall be subject to a fine of $25 for the first offense, and $50 for a second or subsequent offense for each violation within one year of the previous offense. A copy of the complaint(s) will be provided to the County Judge Executive.  (Ord. 840.3, passed 7-8-99)

(C) Any person who violates § 90.03 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $500, imprisoned for not more than 12 months, or both for each offense.  (KRS 525.130)

(D) Any person who violates § 90.04 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $500.  (KRS 436.600)
