(A) It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, corporation, partnership, association or business concern of any nature to display its/their goods, wares, merchandise or to display in any manner its/their business in such a manner as to obstruct the sidewalks in the city.  (Ord. 1020.3, passed 4?4?40)

(B) No skate boards or horses shall be ridden or otherwise operated by any person on any sidewalk in the city.  (Ord. 520.5, passed 6?17?82)
