(A) 815 KAR 10:020, Fire Safety Standards, as promulgated by the office of State Fire Marshall of the Department of Housing, Building and Construction and which incorporates by reference the 1979 Edition of the National Fire Code as promulgated by the National Fire Protection Associates, is hereby adopted in full as if set out at length herein.

(B) The City Clerk shall at all times keep in his/her possession for reference a copy of 815 KAR 10:020 and the 1979 Edition of the National Fire Code.

(C) This section shall not apply to single family residences except as may be applicable by KRS 227.225.
