The city Building Inspector, or his designated representative, in cooperation with the recommendations of the local fire official, the Fire Chief or his designated representative, and the officials of other departments of the city having jurisdiction, is hereby authorized and directed to enforce all provisions of this chapter, and the final determination concerning compliance herewith shall be the sole discretion of the Fire Chief or his designated officials. Upon the presentation of his official credentials, the Building Inspector, Fire Chief or police officer may enter any premises covered by these regulations to perform the duties imposed upon him by these regulations.
