(A) Violation of § 95.02(A) or (B) is a Class A misdemeanor, punishable by a fine not to exceed $250, and/or imprisonment not to exceed 90 days.

(B) Violation of § 95.02(C) is a Class A misdemeanor, punishable by a fine not to exceed $500 and/or imprisonment not to exceed 12 months.
